A restaurant owner in their third year of operation was looking to grow their sales from online orders and dine-in orders, particularly for dinner. The restaurant also wanted to reposition its brand from being a “pizza joint” to being a woodfired kitchen. While the owner had a way to accept online orders, there was no robust website or way to retarget previous customers.
Bridges Consulting created the restaurant’s mobile responsive website which made it easy to order online, view the menu, make a catering request, and featured photos that showcased their variety in cuisine. Additionally, we captured the email op-ins from the owner’s online ordering system and created an email marketing campaign to cultivate and build a customer loyalty program. We also wrote a feature article in a local neighborhood magazine that told the owner’s story and what the restaurant had to offer.
Within three months of the website being live, the owner had 54 new email signups, over 2,000 website visits from Google, we were able to retarget 1,157 of the restaurant’s previous customers and within a few weeks of the featured article being published, the owner received six new catering requests.
